Not sure if anynoe told you yet (I have seen one or two post here that your a TIDE fan) Auburn is #1 in the BCS standings this week. Being org. from central Al. I grow up seeing THE best game of the year when they get together- Should be a good one this year. Just thought i would keep you filled in. The football chatter level was getting low!

BWAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! somehow i just knew that someone would say something to try to get me riled up. i am looking FORWARD to this IRON BOWL this year. Gonna be like back in 1971, AUBURN ranked #3, BAMA ranked #6 i think. auburn had PAT SULLIVAN (HEISMAN WINNER) and TERRY BEASLEY (wide reciever, all american). BAMA had the ITALIAN STALLION ALL AMERICAN RUNNING BACK named JOHNNY MUSSO. only loss was to U S C by SAM-BAM-CUNNINGHAM. BAMA won the game 31-7. i know cause i WAS THERE! first iron bowl i ever went to, and never missed another one till they started playing in georgia (the plains of auburn). the game was played at LEGION FIELD where it should be played now (if tehy were to tear it down and rebuild it that is. auburn has the heisman winner (at this time they all say) in cam newton. a great player and i mean that too. and bama has the heisman winner from last year (mark ingram) and the FREAK (trent richardson) at running backs. i agree with you as to it SHOULD be a great game. hoping the TIDE rises again though. This year being number 1 has been a curse for every team ranked up there. but there are 3 S E C games on each side still left to play.........in the S E C, ANYTHING can happen and usually does. so i am gonna bide my time, 1 game at a time.
