Default Chronarch D vs Revo Premier

I've decided to pull the trigger on a new baitcasting rod and reel combo. This will be an all purpose set up not only for smallies but also Walleye, Pike and even Lakers from time to time. I have my sights on either a Chronarch D (on sale at $240) or the Revo Premier 2010 (an exceptional deal at $180). I have used Chronarchs in the past (although not the D) and have pretty much been a Shimano guy but I'm hearing very good things about the Revo and at this price point it's pretty hard to resist. I'll be matching the reel with a GLoomis Magbass 783 GLX. I can't imagine I can go too far wrong with either choice but anyone had experience with both of those reels? I know its only opinion but that's what I'm after. Thanks.
