We are having whiteout conditions here right now. I'm sick of the white stuff today.

I hear ya on that Geezer. Kind of reminds me of that crazy ice storm we had back in the 90s, and that other one a couple years back. Makes me wish I lived a lil farther south.

It's headed here right now. We are supposed to get up to 6" over the next day or so. While I really don't care for snow that much, I can't complain either because if we get this snow storm it will be the first snow we had on the ground all winter long.

Thought we might get a little dusting, but they said it is showing to move a little northward now towards mid MS.

Well as it is right this second they are calling for 6" at my house, but it seems they keep adding inches every couple hours or so.

We are getting alot sleet right now, I would much rather have snow. No school tomorow which is good as long as we don't have to make it up in the spring.

sleeting here now. supposed to get around 10 inches THEY say. this time i welcome it. it should freeze the roads and i'll not be able to get off this mountain, which means no work. no shoveling rock chips on roads and watching for cars, trks, etc coming down the mountain aiming at me. IF it is as bad as THEY say it will be, might be here for 2-3 days. weather temps are supposed to stay below freezing, so the ice won't melt anytime soon.

The snow stopped falling here, and i'm guessing it dumped between 3-4" from how deep my foot prints where in the yard when I took the trash out awhile ago....they say we may get more thruout the night, but I don't see anything on dopler so who knows...we'll see what tonight and tomorrow brings...lol

I know one thing....It sure is easy to locate any air leaks in your home during this type of weather...lol
