Default I need a bigger plate.

A couple months ago I posted a question suggesting how to cook a great rib dinner indoors using ONLY our oven. No grill was used in this experiment. And I can tell ya it was a huge success. Everyone was VERY happy with the results. My wife said she would never eat another restraunt cooked ribs dinner and enjoy them as much as she did mine today. I know, this sounds like I've got a big head. But I was so thrilled with how they turned out my first time cooking them this way. They were literally fall off the bone goodness! I applied my home made rub friday night, and let them get happy untill today when I popped them in the oven at 225 degrees for 4 hours. Then I took them out drained the grease, and applied the Sweet Baby Rays Hickory and Brown Sugar BBQ sauce and baked another 10 minutes. mmmm mmmmmmmm Gooood!
