So I have been watching the Swamp People and one I noted is the use of grinnell in there meals.
Uhm grinnell are also called bowfin, mudfish, cypress trout and a bunch of four letter words at times. So they boil it up and flake it into cakes to deep fry and eat. I looked on the interweb for a recipe and they all start with soak for two days in salt water.. Now would you eat anything that requires soaking two days in salt water?? Capt Mike
