I've been trying to get out after work this week on some of the local lakes. Today I also fished all day in 25-35MPH winds. There was a "Gale Force Wind Warning" and some of them felt like they were going to throw me out of the boat! This was also the most drained I've ever had my trolling motor batteries. Total fish numbers have been way down but the quality of fish seems to have gone way up. Here are a few from this week:

Good fish Chris. Didn't feel like braving the wind and cold today when I probably wouldn't catch anything anyway!
![]() What were the water temps like for ya?

Those are some good looking bass pal. We've been having issues with the wind here as well. Makes things a bit tricky on the water for sure!

59.2 today on a super clear lake that gets down to 110'. I think it was around 60 on the others.
