Xmas Eve Menu set
Our family celebrates hard on Xmas eve. We even open presents and stocking gifts xmas eve night. Find the pickle and pop our poppers. Our menu is different each year but always has seafood. This year we have the following.
Cheese plate Veggie plate Olive plate Smoked salmon with wasabi cream cheese Stuffed crab mushrooms Smoked oysters Oysters MD style About then Santa comes around on his fire engine. Lobster shooters will be first coarse For the main coarse. Salmon in a brown sugar mustard glaze Green beans with toasted cashews Herb and garlic cuscus Desert Key lime pie Rasselberry pie Espresso shots After dinner drink is a sniffer of B&B and cigars. Pre dinner drinks are Martinis / dirty / candy cane / chocolate / pepermint pattie / mocha Followed by National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation.. Next morning no one gets up early Capt Mike
