It didn't show for me at first, either. Then I copied and pasted the image properties into the address bar, and it worked.
Not working for me, either....maybe that site doesn't allow hotlinking...

It's stored in your temporary internet files. I copied and pasted the picture's address (http://wallpaper.wallpedia.org/wallp.../Fish_Bait.jpg) into my browser, it took me to the actual picture, which stored it in my temp. internet files. When I came back here, I could see it. Then I went back and erased my temp. files, and I can't see it anymore.

Any idea when your clip and pasting how you know when this happens? It only happens very infrequently but as you see, un-noticeable to me. You really know your stuff and have been helpful to me and others. I thank you again.

I hope I'm following your question right...every picture you see online is stored in your temp. internet files. It does this to make loading the page quicker when or if you go back to it. Since you'd already been to that website to find that picture in the first place, it was in your temp files. When you put the hotlink to it up, your computer "recognized" the pic, and "filled in the blanks" for you. Since nobody else had been to the website (until I tried it), it wasn't stored on their computers, so it was just a red X.
