Default Car? Trike?

What is it? It has a steering wheel and not handle bars. And it has a roll bar.

That is some shell. I have to say someone has a new twist on the trike, and I LIKE IT.

I'm not sure what their called but I remember seeing one I think on 'The Jetsons'.
Elroy and Astro used to use one to play on.

60k?? Really?? Cuz this thing was pretty beat up. You can't see all the damage to the shell in the pic but for that $ I'd think it would be cared for a little better. Interesting name....horse related....can't remember it.

check out this link, they are starting to become more and more popular, many are very affordable as well, considerably less than 60K

These Can-Am Roadsters are the "trikes" I see the most of. They are actually pretty popular around here. I think they run in the 16K-28K range.

The only trike I'd ever roll in and I'd have to be damn near caught dead on it...

I think some of the customs look pretty sweet. They can definitely get up in excess of 60g's. Something like these

I'd ride either of these with no complaints.

I'm sticking with two wheels.
Thought about a trike and actually was down to two choices.
I prefer the Green Machine being from Wisconsin and all.

But had a buddy test them out for me to see how safe they really are.
Looks a little risky to me.
You anglers decide for yourselves.
I was leaning towards the blue one under the video but I'm still undecided.

As for the Stallion, they look good (IMO) but you can't get a new one. Not for a while anyway.
Quote:
Thoroughbred Motorsports regrets to inform you that they are not going to make the Stallions in 2012. They did not receive enough deposits to meet the 150 requirement needed to be able to manufacture the Stallion. They will not manufacture something that is not sold in this economic environment.

“The question that will be asked is if the Stallion is dead. No, but until we have firm orders or a national economic policy in place that is working, we are not going out on that limb” said Jeff Vey of Thoroughbred Motorsports.
I considered "triking" my Goldwing. After two knee replacements, I just don't feel safe on two wheels, especially with my wife aboard. With the added weight (she'd kill me if she sees this) I really can't risk a slip when I put a foot down at a stop, my leg just would not hold. It's still in the garage, I hate to part with it, but it's an old ('89 GL1500 which I bought new) with only 32,000 miles on it. I haven't ridden it in FOUR YEARS, but still can't let it go, heck it's been through TWO wives and a couple other women that I won't get into (anymore, anyway) Maybe a trike, I don't know, the conversion is about $10K at a shop, and I know I'd never get the money back selling it, it's a delemia for sure. I've had a bike since I was 15 and while I'm not riding now, I still think about it..............
