Nice quiz do however disagree that a bass metabilism is slower in the fall while cold water slows them down, cooling water brings the fall schooling action on and much of it is at a mid sixties water temp, a bass is most active at 64F.Below that it slows and eventually the schooling is at or below that temp then disperses soon after the feeding frenzy, seems like around 50-52 f but just a guess. That last part they would be slower but certainly not the first when slamming topwater baits like water volleyball.

Fun quiz, I only got 16/20 correct but I learned a few new facts from those wrong answers. You learn more from your mistakes after all!

8, 5, 10, 13, All my braid floats so I'm asking the judges for a Mulligan on that question. ![]() Thanks Woody! ![]() Now the problem is finding a new excuse for not finding/catching fish....lack of knowledge just may not hold water now. Now no laughing but that 'cloudy with a chance of meatballs', that's a joke right? There isn't some terminology that I'm missing is there? ![]() ![]()

Like the one about using a Rip Bait on the leaves....hmmmm Also, had no idea about using a buzzbait in snowing conditions. Just don't get that out here. Should have went with first choice....like my teachers use to say. Now I just have to find some snowing conditions somewhere to see if this really works. Love the topwater bite.....not the thought of freezing by toosh off.

Missed 4 as well including the buzz bait/cold weather one....And I thought smallies would be more aggressive in the colder water?...Disadvantages of them not being closer

Yeah I missed the smallies in cool water too. I got the buzzbait one because I once caught bass on back to back casts with a buzzbait during a snow storm lol.
