Tuf-Line is giving away spools of their XP braid to try out, you just have to pay shipping. I'm not sure if it's traditional braid or a fused line. You can choose from 12lb for spinning gear or 20lb for casting gear.

$5 for 100 yards of braid? Sure, I'm in. Heck, in 6-8 weeks, I'll probably have forgotten I ordered it. It'll be like a tiny Christmas to myself....

Got mine.
Feels like wire. Put it on a baitcaster and seems to have a lot of memory for braid and a line designed for spinning gear. Got 20 lb. test, braid so it's probably like a 6lb. test/mono equivalent. Feels like it wants to really 'dig in' on reel even more than most braids. Too new to really know but....I'm not overly impressed...yet anyways.
