1 livewell is completley useless on my boat because both pumps are bad. i figured, no big deal ill get on the net and order 2 more except theyre 1 inch inlet and outlet and everything i find is 3/4inch.. any1 ran into this? already off to a rough start, took the boat out for the first time sunday and the trolling motor burned up. so now i have an ipilot terrova comin!

You'd think that pump would be just be 2 clicks away.....closest I could find was a Shurflo with a !" intake and a 1 1/8" discharge, got to be out there somewhere. Probably not an impossible mod if not.

Speaking of trolling mtrs...have you got any experience with electric steer units? I have become so used to and comfortable with the old reliable pull/pull cable that I'm a little scared to try one of the new ones even though I'd really like to have an i-pilot. A friend has one on his boat so he let me run it one afternoon and I was...............embarrased by my clumsiness. He said he got the hang pretty quick but I dunno.

yeah im just gonna go with the 3/4 and adapt it since the holes are 1 inch in my boat. i have no experience with i pilot or any electric steered trollers yet, mine was an old cable motor. looking forward to figuring it out tho, its got the pedal and the remote, really looking forward to the spotlock feature
