jsut a little update on me, i have been working a new job (yes another job) for now my 3rd week. i like it, sit and ride around on a forklift all day...not bad work. but the pay isn't great and i am through a staffing service for 30 days, then THEIR probation for 90 days. so i'll basically be on probation till next year, haha. but things seem to be looking up for now. went to the DEAD SEA sunday for a little bit of floating, haha. got 2 dinks of course but hey...i was on the water. felt good. that's all the news i got for now. trying to work as much overtime so we can get caught up. so that is why i haven't been on as much also. but hopefully i will now be here more in the near future. i'll keep you posted on how this job works out. thnaks for the prayers gang. it means a lot to lisa and i.

John, I haven't been on here as much lately as I would like to be also. Life has a way of getting in the way of some stuff I guess. I'm glad to hear you're back in the work force again and are getting along with the new job pretty well. Give Lisa a hug from Britney, Lake, and I.

Glad to hear your back working again. Sounds like a job I just might like if it means getting off my feet all day on cement. It's about ruined my knees. Well, ok, it HAS ruined my knees. lol I'm starting to think if you and I hooked up for a weekend of bass fishing, it would be a dink fest. I caught around 20 this weekend including a walleye, and they were all dinks. A few just barely larger than the spinner bait I caught them on.

You can get another year or more of life out of a seemingly dead laptop by installing a lightweight Linux operating system, such as http://lubuntu.net or http://uberstudent.com . I got two extra years out of my old Dell that way.

Hey John! So glad to hear you are working again! I hope and pray this one will be the one that gets you back up on your feet and running strong. My new job still hasn't gone to full-time and I totally understand how tight things get. Hopefully within two weeks we will be up and going. Best of luck to ya!!
