how do you get an animated avatar on your profile?.i had one before but it will no longer allow it.

I've wondered that too, I have many that would work, yet get the same message..but then I see wtl's animation and wonder.....

I don't know why mine works and the others don't. It wasn't the first moving avatar I tried, I had some that didn't work as well.
