fed up with Fed Ex

I ordered a few Mepps Musky Killers and a 1 peice 8'MH solid E-glass rod, from the local tackle shop.It came today delivered by Fed EX.The rod carton was crushed .The rod was busted. They suck, if anyone else did their job like that, they wouldn't have a job for very long.The delivery guy said it was due to improper packaging, not Fed Ex's fault. I am pretty sure the company he orders from would not send a rod packaged and crushed where a section of the container and rod was missing from its original package ?I about lost my temper when the driver was not going to accept return delivery due to being damaged on arrival.He might of had trouble getting back in his van with the remaining rod peices kicked up his @ss sideways ?
