Default Bass Pro Shops

Went to the bass pro shops today cause im planning on going to the lake till the 5th, and i picked up some of the XPS bass pro lures...you ever seen these? the graphics and paint are amazing i cant wait to use em...and by the way has anyone used the Xps beetle? its really small but its supposed to be effective.

i have never caught a fish on any hard baits that bps makes other than the sammy look a like. i havent really used them a whole lot but ive tried them when the same thing was working with another bait and no results. ill keep throwing them for a while but im not impressed.

I have a few boxes of them in all colors. I get them when they go on sale. My only complaint is when it gets cold out they get very brittle and the bills break off easy when you hit rip-rap or the side of a dock while casting. I had this happen on my early spring fishing excersion at the end of March this year. The water must have been in the upper 30's

this bass like crank works great fools them every time.



Yes I use them and they do work well! in the second picture it's the biggest crank in that series and that little river smallie killed it! I took that pic because I couldn't belive a small fish would try to eat it.
