Didn't Kevin Van Dam win it? Regardless, that is an extremely tough lake to fish-that I know from personal experience. There is a reason these guys are pros ;D.

Davy Hite = winner of Dardanelle E50

KVD = winner of Lewisville E50

Two different tourneys

KVD kicked butt at Lewisville, he started fishing finesse baits on the dam (where he caught the big fish mentioned) and then after winning both day 1 and day 2 big bass as well as having the heaviest weight for each day, he dominated the 6 hole course. Which was off limits during the tournament and very different water than where he was fishing during the first two days. He adapted and was the only person to catch 5 fish both days on the course, switching gears and using a spinnerbait for the course. This really was a signifigant win in my eyes, everyone knows he's "good" but this was above even KVD's "good". The boy did good ;D

well that makes two of us. i think only one of my rods isnt a st.croix. this year, im going up to the factory in park falls. they sell rods without logos for alot less. my uncle bought a bunch last year up there. im thinking maybe this summer if i put in some overtime i might splurge and buy a Legend tournament jig n worm rod.
