Been to the Holy Land

My fellow Americans..I have made a pilgrimage to the holy land!
You ask..Bo where did you go? Mecca? Israel? No my fine friends
Bass Pro Shop Outdoor World in Springfield Missouri!
Over 300,000 sq. ft. of outdoor excitement!
I walked through the hallowed aisles in wonder..most of it
obviously feigned..as I tried to pick up a dose of Mondo
Karma to hit the lake...only to be skunked as the weed beds...defied
my bronzeyes and my bandits had no effect on bored or non-exsistent fish.
I had to go to Lake Springfield; rather than a hot spot like Table Rock
or Lake Taneycomo..because I'm here on a service call..But still all things
considered it's better than a hook through your entire finger!

Yep-if there is a Mecca for bass fishermen it is the Springfield BPS.

I have no good fishing shops around here and finally today I discovered my home away from home-Ace Hardware they have more fishing stuff than any other place around here.
