Default Fish Pic

Had an ok night... lost a couple fish due to line-breakage haha (maybe i should stop using that cheap wal-mart line)

but got in a nice one, on the first cast. Just thought i'de share the pic.

nice fish rat-l-trap... buy the way get some powerpro in like 40 or 50lb. test... i know you fish jigs alot and ive had some on a plastics/jig rod now for 2 years and it is still going strong!!

do you fish in clear or merkey water? My brother swares by a jig but i have never used one.

Jigs are best bait ever.

I fish muddy/clear whatever lol. I mostly throw jigs

nice fish..i fish my jigs on 17 pound test big game...ive never had a break off...you should try it..

Big Game is pretty sweet, I use 20 for saltwater, and the one time I had a bread off, was on a 35lb+ fish. They are coming out with big game braid. I use either cajun red in 10 lb, big game in 10lb, or gamma in 8lb,

does it work even if your line gets wrapped around a tree branch? cause thats what happend.

crap i didnt know you mean looping around the branch, i thought you mean rubbing against it..never had one do a full circle around a branch but have had them rub right against it..but i dont think it would break off unless the fish is 15 pounds lol

Well, i left the fish there lol, it was hooked around a branch, and still splashing, but i couldnt get out to him, so nothing i could do. Hope he lives.

had kinda a bad night haha, i went this morning, and caught about 5, but tonight i took the dig cam, and only caught 1... broke a rod, and snagged up twice



and thats all i have to show for it!
