Moby Dick Report
Started about 11ish in the morning with a plan. Shallow water trolling with light tackle and some LTJ mixed in. Capt Buck arrived and we took off for north side of St Clements Island and put out seven lines. Zip nadda first pass and second pass and third pass. So we anchored up on a rip and ripped some lips on smallish rock and one lonely blue. Tide slacked and we moved across river to Sharkstooth island. Trolled shallow areas will only one short caught. Moved south to Nomini area and only managed a few WP and one more short on some working birds. Came back under very dark skies and thank you for GPS.. Great trip and best company around.
Rain fell to and fro.. Capt Buck warm and cozy Dark as it can get.. Capt Mike
