Gallon of water, 3/4 cup sugar(some use 1 cup), 3 luzianne large tea bags. Boil water and sugar together. Turn off add tea bags for 10 minutes. Full cup of ice and enjoy. Sweet tea in the firehouse is a ritualistic process that can get you yelled at for messing it up.

They have this concentrate stuff for sweet tea by lipton, and it is the best way to make just a little bit fast.

C'mon now Zooker, that's not Northerner tea, that's British tea. We do the sun tea thing. Put 3 or 4 tea bags in a gallon jar of water and sit it out in the sun.(sometimes we cheat and use the tea maker instead) Some add sugar, but not me, straight up and ice cold is the way I like it. No sugar keeps the kids from drinking it all
