We just bought for $1300 a 1984 16 foot Bass Tracker II with 4 seats, 2 live wells, 2 fish finders, steering column, First-try running 35hp mercury (unknown year, looks newer), trolling motor with foot pedal and a radio. Came with 1 good battery and 1 bad battery, two 10 to 15 gallon gas tanks.

Looks like a boat I used see catfishing south of Wash DC
Somebody went to a lot of trouble to build those decks out.. I would leave it the way it is. If you did replace the carpet use floor foam and it will make fishing all day easy. And wash down is simple. Capt Mike
