lower unit lube
I have been needing to change my lower unit lube for sometime now.....i was wondering where i could pick some up at?.......would a walmart carry any or would i need to go to my dealer?.....and also about how much does that stuff cost?.....thanks weidner21

Wally World Mobil 1 senthetic 80-90 around 5.00 a qt. They also got the little pump to install it with. I do mine ever fall when I check to see if it has water in it.

i do mine twice a year.. advance auto also has a wide array of it.. if your lower is under warranty stick with pennzoil synithic.. if it is not under warranty amsoil syinthic..-hands down the best- your warranty -any of them- will not cover amsoil lubbed lowers -damed if i know why..

PENNZOIL Zook that crap went out when christ was a private, if you do some checking it is not a true synthetic like amsoil. It is made from a hydro crack base with synthetic additives.

i know that geno but as i said if it is under warranty use it... warranties cover the ****ty stuff like that..instead of the real deal -i run amsoil- even under warranty..

geno i get mine at advance auto or auto zone both carry it.. also they both have sea foam -best stuff ever created for 2 strokes

Not here Zook, I have never seen Amsoil in any store and yes I am a believer in sea foam I feel all boaters especially 2 strokes should use it.
