Main cover you fish?
I thought it might be interesting to see what the main kinda cover you guys fish on your lakes, weeds rocks, wood, or something man made like docks, or tiers?
Around here it's weeds. Only one spot by the dam that's got rocks, other then that the grass gets like a thick carpet through out the lake.

Weeds, we have gobs and gobs of weeds around here. The lakes I have close are electric only and not that large. They have a few downed trees and stumps, but those get POUNDED so hard and I don't think I pull a bass out of a tree around home more than once or twice a year.

Rocks, rocks, and more rocks! Not only is it what we have around here, but I love to fish them. Wood is a close second though. As for weeds, you can keep them away from me!

I didn't vote because I fish all of them equally except for weeds, we don't have any vegetation around here. I am fortunate enough that all the lakes I fish around here have everything else on your list so I can fish a lot of different stuff depending on what I am doing or more importantly what the fish are doing.

We throw more to wood than a porn star around here. We have some weeds and lily pads, but I always pitch for the wood first off.

I answered weeds. My favorite is pads. Always seems I can catch them over or under the pads.

What grass on Guntersville, Pickwick, and the others... No way I never see any grass down that way
Seriously though, I really couldn't pick just one to be my main cover. If your talking about the type of stuff we have around here it depends on what lake your on. Priest is an oversized rock quarry with stumps and such, Old Hickory looks like it is where loggers bring unwanted trees and stumps, Barkley has bushes Pickwick has grass and stump rows, and Kentucky lake has it all (well used to have it all till the grass died). Most of these lakes have a little of everything but I highlighted the cover that covers a big portion of each.
