Dylan, Tanner, and I went to the movies today. I wanted to take them see Capt America, but the times were off. And in an attempt to stay out of the Spy Kids, we settled on the Apes. I am not a sci-f fan by no means and never watched the originals. But we were glued for 2hrs. Opinions may vary, but I thought it was a pretty good flick and just thought I would offer my .02.

Not gonna be seeing this one in theaters, but it looks really cool, and I can't wait to get it on Netflix!

My wife and I went to see the Apes movie last weekend and were spellbound. Very well done. The expression in the faces of the apes is amazing! And the story line was such that you walk out thinking, wow, I can see where that would happen. lol
