Hat design...

So if I get a Bonus this year,I think Im gonna get some apparel made..Just some shirt and hats for now....Im gonna get some FF hats made after Christmas...Followed by some mesh FF hats for summer.Probably 10 of each for now.

Kind of torn on the design/layout....Keeping it simple (black hat/one color)
but cant decide if I want red or grey thread.....Kind of leaning on the grey.

Not 100% on the ''Custom rods'' font...This is just for a layout.

Thoughts?

I like it, I would definitely wear one. I think I like the gray better than red but either would look great.

Thanks..I think the grey is just more of a ''go with anything'' color and shows better.....Plus its non threatening

I thought about running the font on the side of the hat but Im so symmetrical I dont know how Id feel about it.

A friends giving me a pretty good deal on them...He's making the digital stitch file now...I may have him do the logo on the back of my jacket as well...

Tell me about it. I can't buy a hat off the rack at all. I've gone into hat shops, and when they measure my skull, they just shake their heads. And people wonder why I overthink everything....

Gray's probably best, old(er) folks some times avoid color as you see.

well i am gonna go against the grain here. i vote for red ont he name on the back. also, i vote for s summer cap walker. makes it cooler fer us folks down south. other wise i like it.

Probably stick to wool on the first ten,but Im gonna order 1 cool/dry hat to check out...Joe sent me a pretty cool supply website to look through.

Thats exactly why I wanted to get a few of the mesh back FF hats made as well...Cause I wore my wool one all summer...Felt like a wet cat on my head after an hour in the TX heat.

That is a pretty sweet looking hat Walker! It might be kind of neat on the front of the hat if there was a rod/reel to the left side bent double with a silver stitch running to the basses lip like fishing line.

Since I'm color blind somewhat the gray sounds good as does the red. The mesh hat is a good idea. MississippiBoy, thank goodness I didn't have any pop in my mouth.
