I have no idea why I saved CD boxes or bought a six pack for a buck, but I found them useful for storing finesse worms, grubs and jig heads.
![]() As you can see, the plastic of the box doesn't interact with the lure plastic and when the lid is shut, the lures stay flat and straight regardless of box position. Just make sure the box plastic isn't the hard shiny plastic or it will melt soft plastics! The box in the picture has been used for three weeks to store the hand pours and no problem. I'm sure there are many things that can be stored in these including sinkers (assorted by size strung on a wire), swivels, leaders, etc. Adhesive tape keeps the jigs in place: Seems to also work for jig heads up to 1/8 oz. ![]() |
