I'm leaving to try to catch a fish to weigh in.I am targeting smallmouths since I can't compete with Lizards Largemouths.I caught 11 smallmouth yesterday, but nothing over 2.5 lbs.BTW Lizards, That chatterbait you sent me caught a 37" Musky yesterday morning.I didn't realize it but I also broke 7" off the rodtip while boating him,The bait didn't work right on the next cast, so I quickly reeled it in to unfoul the weed from it, but the rod tip was at the duosnap, not a weed. He was over 10 lbs, but not by much.I also caught 3 pickerel and 5 largemouth, but I missed about 6 bites on the jig, pulling the trailers appendages off.Glad to have my tow vehicle back so I can get out on the water.
