Spinnerbaiting
I'm fairly new to using spinnerbaits, but they are one of favorite lures. I will start fishing tournaments soon, so I am looking for a spinnerbaiting combo.
I am guessing baitcasting would be the way to go, as you can place your bait where you want it easier, and you have a better entry. It seems like a 6'6"-7' m or mh rod would be the way to go. Should the rod have a stiff, or soft tip? What is a good rod for this, I was looking at this one. http://www.basspro.com/servlet/catal...rTarget=browse I am also thinking about a shimano light and tough rod. If you have any suggestions on roids, please let me know. Reels, with a 26-28in./handleturn seem to fit the bill, and i was thinking either a Pfleuger or a Quantum, or a Daiwa would work. What # test line should I use, I was thinking either 14 or 17 lb flouro. Thanks alot. |
