10 fish today:
all largemouth and all on senkos

I went to try to get a grass carp for the 2 lb world record today. I throw some bread out for chum at the spot, and this duck wouldn't leave us alone. My friend and I were swatting at it with rods and nets; not to hit, just to scare it away. Then my friend said "What's that? It's a big bass." I flipped the senko at the area. I picked up the line a little when it got deep, and it came tight. It actually took a lot of drag, he netted it and took these pics.

After my friend had to go, I dropped off the Grass Carp stuff at my house, and went to catch some largemouth.

2 pounds 1 ounce

No carp today. The ducks were all over the bread.
