Will it??
My Wife's grandpa has a bass boat, I want to say it is a Nitro, but I can't promise it. It has been sitting in his garage for roughly 15 years now since it has been cranked. He is ready to start taking it out again. He knows that the seals in the motor are probably shot so he is taking it to the marina to have it overhauled and checked out.
Someone told him that since it has sat out ofthe water so long that it won't float right. This guy says that the fiberglass tends to get into a dry rot state and will let water seep through into the hull. I can see where this guy may be coming from, but then again I have a feeling that he is full of "you know what" Has anybody on here ever heard of this?
