Tomorrow the wife an me are going for a week on lake logan, we got our cabin all ready to go from sunday to friday, this time the lake should be about the same temp as here, the air temps and spring melt were both the same...last year we went that area of southern ohio was a few weeks ahead of us..One nice thing is that the mushrooms are just now comming up all over here and lake logan and hocking hills state park.
We plan on fishing and hiking and hot tubing, hopefully some new bass pics will follow. Last year I flipped a yum craw all week, while the whole rest of the anglers on the lake were walleye fishing..
We'll hike the same 2 hour trails at old mans cave, ash cave, cedar falls, and maybe some new venues, but my game plan is to fish all morning and hike in the shaded woods by afternoon, go back to the cabin and grill n chill, get a fire going in the firepit outside and drink with the wife, then hit the hot tub and start a fireplace fire, its a 2 sided fireplace, one side in the livingroom, the other side the bedroom, its a one room cabin, the living room is about 8x3 lol
