fish replicas

ok guys ive heard alot about if you catch a nice bass that you think you wanna mount take some good pictures and just get a replica but ive been looking around the internet and all i see are the one's that you can just buy without even showing a picture or even catching a fish

i can go out and buy a 60" sailfish replica and put it up on the wall when i have never even been deep sea fishing

where are the ones where you can show them a picture and say i want a replica of this fish and then you get it

any company names or anything regarding this topic would be greatly appreciated
