My little fishing spot. (help ID fish as well please)

I live near a stream called the Piskasaw it runs pretty far through my county. There are millions of spots where you can fish it, this is one in a conservation area that no one goes to because to get to it you have to ride through about 70 feet of mud. I sit all day ontop of this bridge on my days off. The fish bite at all hours. (though mainly just chubs)

Caught the fish below on a jointed rapala lure. (what kind of fish is this?) I tried to get a picture of his mouth but it came out bad. His mouth was like on the bottom part of his body and he had no jaw it was just like cartlige. I figure its a sucker but I'm not sure.

Caught this, the finger is missing, maybe theres a dead body under the water.
