I have a rod and reel picked out for a combo for pitching/frogging/jig rod, and here are my questions...
1. Is a 7' MH Rod a Strong Enough Rod for these techniques? (I do not fish extremely heavy cover) 2. What lines should I consider... I will be fishing clear waters sometimes, and was wondering if braid or flouro would be a better option. 3. My reel of choice is a Rick Clunn... and what ratio should i go with (5.4:1, 6.4:1, or 7.1:1) Any other tips or comments on rods, reels, line, etc... Thanks Ryan
