Tried this method again, and the results are in..........BEST RIBS I'VE EVER MADE!!!
Seasoned ribs with Seasalt, Pepper and Garlic Powder. Baked on broiler at 300 degrees for 3 hours, sealed off with tinfoil, with beer in the pan. Threw 'em on the grill, heavily basted with Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Chipotle BBQ Sauce for 5 minutes per side. Had to cut the ribs into 3 mini racks since I couldn't get 'em onto the grill with tongs and a spatula without 'em fallin right off the bone. Add Mallen's Baked Beans and Reser's Country Style Red Potato Salad and it's a thing of beauty! I'm gettin hungry!
