2010 Member Event - Dale Hollow Fishing and Boating Regulations
I thought these links might be useful to you boaters planning on coming to the event. Keep in mind these are for 2009, but hopefully, they will not change much, and they will update at the same web address when the new year hits.
Also keep in mind Dale Hollow is a different situation, with the lake straddling a state border, bringing with it jurisdictional issues. Better to know both states' rules than to plead ignorance. Tennessee Boating and Fishing Regulations: http://www.state.tn.us/twra/boatingregs.html http://www.state.tn.us/twra/pdfs/fishguide.pdf Kentucky Boating and Fishing Regulations: http://www.fw.ky.gov/ http://fw.ky.gov/pdf/09fishguidefishingregs.pdf I'm planning on printing out a copy of all the pertinent information and bringing it with me. I suppose if anyone has a question about anything, we can look it up and discuss. I don't want anyone's trip getting spoiled by an encounter on the wrong side of the law. Another area an avid outdoorsman might run afoul of the law is addressed here. -Bryce P.S. Kevin...could someone please sticky this under the Event thread? I didn't want to post it within that thread, as it will just get lost in the umpteen pages.
