Move towards the dark side
Well, away from Shimano. I saw some reels on sale last weekend at Gander Mt. and went back to get a Steez for $299. They were sold out so I got a TD Zillion instead for very cheap, relatively speaking. I prefer so much going to the store, I ordered a rod last Wednesday and it isn't scheduled to arrive until next Monday, it's killing me.
On top of that it is a lefty, or right hand reel. I have a Scorpion and Curado that way but all others are normal. I can't wait to try it out. They have 3 more left, I wish I could test it to see if I need another. I have never seen them so cheap before but I have not paid much attention to Daiwas. |
