no fishing for me this weekend
Left shoulder's been kinda sore for about 5 weeks. Turns out I've got a pinched nerve in my neck
 First real PT today, hopefully not as painful as wednesday when they 'analyzed' the problem. All this time I thought it meant 'Physical Therapy' but wed. it meant 'Pain & Torture'!
