Same blank, or what?

Me and Joe were talking on the chat a while ago and got to talking about Lamiglass rods.

We got to talking about the XMG 50. (http://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Lamiglas ... -LXGC.html)

We saw these two rods as well.

Now forget all the other stuff on the rod..guides, real seat, color, everything, but the blank.

Another thing that has to believe that these maybe the same blank, or almost the same blank, is the grip. I'm sure Lami has some kind of patent on them, so for cabelas to have a rod with that grip, Lami would have to make cabelas rods (just like Daiwa makes there reels, and pure fishing makes BPS reels).

The mag touch looks like the same rod, minus a few modulus (54 vs 57), almost no difference what-so-ever. If they are the same blank, it looks like it maybe "the biggest deal in fishing", considering the price tags on the rods.

I'm considering the Mag touch over The verdict (only if it is the same blank), once I buy it, it's not written in stone because on the "60 no questions asked return it if you don't like it" deal they've got doing.

So what are y'alls thoughts on the similarities of the, same blank, or what? And does Lami Make cabelas rods?
