Default Rain. Good thing or bad thing?

So here's my weather forecast http://www.weather.com/weather/tenday/USWI0628

It's suppose to get really warm (54) Thursday and rain. I'm sure that'll add some warm water to the river. But I also know it'll probably murk the water up ALOT. From the snow melting off, and the rain, it's gonna be muddy for sure. if this was bass in Florida, I'd toss a Colorado blade spinnerbait. But obviously this ain't florida!

It's gonna be sunny and still pretty warm, especially on Saturday.

So, good fishing, or bad fishing.

Warmer water = good fishing
muddy + rising water = bad fishing

So what's the verdict, and what would you throw?
