Trying to make some rod sleeves...
using expandable braided sleeving(ie: techflex) but not sure what size to use? Instead of buying store made sleeves at $5 to $8 I think this will work perfectly. Planning to buy about 100 ft, cut to size and close the end with like some hot glue. It comes in sizes from 1/8" to 1" but I think the 1/2" would slide over the eyes on most baitcast rods, any thoughts?
