Anyone ever smoked bacon?
I know Donald has smoked a ham or several.....
I plan on learning to make bacon from scratch come spring. I have a recipe I think will be solid (especially since the site it comes from, amazingribs.com is like crack to me!) Any advice? Success stories? Epic failures? Even pics of hot chicks holding a platter of bacon would be appreciated. Mmmmmmm bacon........
