Cabela's stands up - or rather STANDS DOWN

It hubbub and mayhem here in PA the last few days since the organizers of the Eastern PA Sportsman's Show in Harrisburg announced a ban on sales, display or pictures of "so called assault weapons" at this years show scheduled Feb. 2 -10. They also in their infinite wisdom included large capacity magazines in the ban.

So, Cabela's pulled out from thier participation. I understand BPS is also pulling out. Many of the "celebrities" that were doing the seminars of making appearances at sponsor's booths have withdrawn. Also many of the gun shops that take booths at the show have pulled out.

This is a major show in this area and it appears in may be going in the tank. Many sportsmen's clubs and organizations are promoting a boycott of this year's show by their members and the public in general.

Way to go Cabela's and everyone else that will not support decisions like this and stand up for our Second Amendment rights. Will this spread to other shows across the Nation? I hope not, possibly the backlash here will give other show organizers pause...
