Baitcasting 102
For those of you who do not know,
Wind = bird's nest I was fishing in 20mph winds today. I quickly found out that casting into the wind was not a good idea. Normally, if I get any backlash at all it is minor, but today I had about five casts that took several minutes to pick out. I adjusted the brakes, and that seemed to help. Also, I'm sad to say I've gotten skunked the last three times out - no bass at all. But, I'm still going out tomorrow. |
