2 more at the boss' lake during lunch today
They were only 1 to 1.5 pounders at best but still not a bad way to spend lunch during the work day. Both were caught on 6" lizards (one cotton candy and the other black with red flake), 2/0 EWG gammy hook, 1/8 oz split shot (6" up the line), 4' flouro leader (15#), orange Suffix braid main line (20#). Both hits were about 18 inches down into the water.
Now back to work. sigh |

I have thrown a fluke a lot and never had one bite or nibble on them. All my catches there have been on a worm or a lizard. I'm going to try and throw an spinnerbait sometime this week.

And just as I said that, I landed a 1.5 # bass using a baby fluke.
