We went a few weeks ago when it was in the 30s and windy. Jay caught one that day. It was exactly one pound.

John,
It was too windy today so I aborted. James, You're more than welcome to come out on the jon as long as you have adequate sea legs cause it's only a 10x32. |

I'd love to go too, but I don't see my 500lb butt sitting in that. Too bad you had to give up on it.

Yeah, 10ft x 32in.
I haven't lost hope yet cause I know there has to be fish all hugged up on the rear shore line of that pond since it's loaded with cover. Gotta get in it with the sonar to see what the structure is like. Yeah I'm 205lbs so with two of us in there, all it would take is one hook-set by one of us and we're getting wet - lol But no worries, a proper bass boat is coming "very" soon! |

I am still waiting for my first bass of the year! But I did get my first big bluegill out of the way, a nice stocky 9" bluegill caught while camping this past weekend.
