Pass it on down, brother. There isn't a higher calling as far as fishing goes IMO.
My dad started me perch jerking with a cane pole and here I am many years later on a fishing forum. Sorry you missed out-I can relate as far as grandfathers go-one was gone way beore I was born and the other left us when I was 18 months old. I've got a 4 year old from church that has really latched on to me an is starting to ask about fishing. Already heve a Zebco 33 rigged up for him
