got 2 of them. one is the FIRST lightening rod to come out. the other is a berkly phazer rod. may start using them with spinners in the spring. these are baitcasters now.

I am throwing most spinnerbaits with a 7' MHF Legend Xtreme and a Zillion. Total overkill for a reaction bait, but it's very easy on the shoulder, as it's pretty light.

Bryce, have you ever tried the little xml as a smaller worming rod? That's what I used it for before i broke it. It was very comfortable with those little worms, weightless flukes, shakey heads, and drop shot rigs. I liked how compact the whole package was, and it loaded up very well with little lures. I preferred it over spinning rods of similar action. Wish I still had it.

I fish from shore and 6' to 6' 6" is the norm. I used a 6' rod for all-purposes for a while.
