I agree fully with Tavery. I have them both and have come to the same conclusion. It's Ford vs chevy from there. Cost is within 20$. I have 5 vendettas and 2 carrots. With the new carrot wild series I'm not sure ill buy more vendettas, but with 12 combos now I don't need any more. Here's a tip, see if you can get a warranty plan with the rod you buy. If anything happens you call them (not the mfr. ) and they send you a gift card for what you paid. Cheap ins. And no warranty hassles, you keep the broken gear as well.

thanks for the advice Rebbasser ive gone from wanting to get the carrot stick to the vendetta to the veritas but still cant make up my mind so im just guna wait until i feel the rod on my reel

You'll be sold on the weight of the carrot then lol. I think my 7' weighs about 3 oz.
